Living Your Dream

Starting can be one of the most challenging forms of procrastination to overcome in the short time we have on this planet. How many times do our dreams and project’s have to get put aside because life always has a hand in our pockets digging in as soon as a little change rolls in or a idea/project needs to be funded?

This is something we all deal with daily as inspiring musicians and entrepreneurs causing us to put our dreams on the back burner while life drains us of our money and most importantly our time. If there is one thing i have learned through ALL of my experiences in not only music and business but in life as a whole is something as simple as the old saying we all know and love… “If you snooze, you lose.”

Every moment you spend NOT doing something to accomplish your goals is either time wasted or time spent helping someone else accomplish theirs. The moment i accepted that and decided that is not the way i wanted to spend the rest of my life was the moment i got started!

Lets face it, if we want to live a life of financial freedom and even a life of luxury for some of us, then we can expect to have to put in a bit of hard work at some point if not the rest of our lives – that is unless you are blessed with millionaire parents or win the lottery – With that being said im not sure why you are even still reading this at this point. Im sure if you are still with me then you’re more than likely like me and don’t want to spend the rest of your life working for someone else.

The point is we all have a million reasons why we cant or wont do the things we keep telling our selves that we will get to eventually and just take that first step. Do some research, learn the game and study the history of your niche, and if nothing else attack and learn as you go! Google should be your fucking BFF! Believe it or not it’ll be fun.

Don’t let your life and dreams slip away while living check to check when you CAN be living the life you deserve. All you have to do is work for it. If you don’t, someone else will. I will leave you with this quote from an unknown author…

“the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the 2nd best time… is right now.”
